Clinical Auditor, RN New

Overview

The Clinical Auditor, RN is responsible for conducting patient and third-party audits for accuracy and completeness of patient charges and documentation. Conducts identity review audits as requested, and internal audits of organ procurement accounts and related medical accounts. Maintains documentation of audit activity results, and shares with staff and management as needed. Provides guidance and training for nursing units and ancillary departments regarding documentation and charge entry.
